About The Project

We saw the potential in this larger than average mid-terrace located towards the city centre.

Although tired looking, we knew the property had the potential to be a fantastic HMO upon first viewing in the summer of 2020. A large floor plan, great outdoor space, period features and a huge attic were some of the features we liked.

The Conversion

The property was taken back to brick internally and the conversion included the following major works:
  • Kitchen extension
  • Loft conversion to create en-suite studio
  • Full re-wire
  • New central heating system
  • Insulation of external walls
  • Secondary en-suite bedroom
  • Two fully tiled shower rooms
  • Anthracite composite decking and external lighting to rear yard

Our Results

After a hectic 22 week schedule during Covid, we were able to deliver a fantastic space for our first group of sharers. The huge en-suite studio bedroom in the loft, original restored floor boards to the ground floor and large decked yard are particularly strong features of this property.
