Completed in May 2024, this project involved the conversion of an existing 3 bedroom semi-detached house into a 7 bedroom home for co-living. We also gained planning for the construction of a new build 4 bedroom, all en-suite HMO to the side of the main house. This development delivered high quality shared living for 11 professionals in an unrivalled location.

Progress
We commenced work on this HMO new build and conversion project in September 2023.
This was not however your typical HMO conversion. As well as converting the existing 3 bedroom semi into a spacious and high quality 7 bedroom shared home, we also demolished the existing garage and created a beautiful 4 bed all en-suite home for professionals.
This was a challenging development and careful design was paramount. As with all our shared homes, we had the needs of future occupants firmly in mind throughout the development process. We created energy efficient properties with large bedrooms, 10 of which are en-suites. Each house also has a spacious open-plan kitchen living diner and a large garden.
We achieved practical completion in May 2024 after an 8 month build programme. The properties have now been rented and refinanced and are held in our portfolio.
