Progress
Work on this Georgian apartment conversion began in November 2023. Ideally located in the heart of Yate, our vision for the development was to create nine practical yet beautiful homes whilst breathing new life into this heritage rich site.
Purchased with planning in place, the property will feature nine impressive high quality apartments. These new homes will appeal to first time buyers and downsizers alike and will be a mix of one to three bedrooms, featuring open plan kitchen, dining and living space. There is ample amenity space in the form of balconies and gardens together with parking for all flats.
Working alongside West Country Partnerships, we completed our show home in June 2024. All structural work is now complete and the building is first fixed. The roof has been replaced on the original building and new openings and partitions have been created. We are on target to have 5 flats completed by the end of August 2024.
We anticipate achieving practical completion in Autumn 2024.
