Our Offer
We offer qualifying investors a passive fixed return on their investment. This can be paid monthly or in a lump sum at the end of the investment term. We have also worked successfully with investors on a Joint Venture basis.
We love adding value to property and all our projects are meticulously researched and executed which is why we consistently deliver excellent returns.
Aside from financial returns, we also offer our investors the opportunity to learn about the development process.
Who are our investors?
Our investors are diverse and each has their own motives for wanting to invest. We treat each investor as an individual and tailor our agreement to their needs.
Some are in it purely for the money – we offer secure, inflation beating returns.
Some want to ‘earn and learn’ – we love sharing our knowledge and expertise with our investors.

Returns security & timescales
Your capital investment is returned at the end of the agreed time scale. The interest on your capital can be transferred to you per month or at the end of the investment term, whatever is best for your circumstances.
Our investment opportunities are on a fixed timescale with a minimum term typically being 12 months.
We offer a range of security options to suit the investor and the nature of the project.
