Fairholm Estates Limited, along with group, associate and connected companies (together Fairholm), raises loan and equity capital from qualifying investors for selected projects. Investment is limited to qualifying classes of investor meeting the criteria outlined below, and therefore exempt from restrictions on financial promotions. Any investment can only be made following the issuing by Fairholm of an Information Memorandum and other material for a specific opportunity (the Investment Information) and the investor confirming they meet the exemption criteria, and providing evidence where required.
